Alagan is a media veteran with close to three decades of broadcast experience, much of it managing video editors at Asian broadcaster CNA. He specialises in project management for video editing and media management systems, including that in News Cloud set-up for peacetime and Business Continuity Plan. He currently deals with Artificial Intelligence solutions for multiple newsrooms at Mediacorp. He also oversees national emergency resiliency.
