Lyn-Yi oversees three teams at CNA’s digital arm: The Growth team, the Visuals team and the Lifestyle team. The Growth team sets publishing and social media strategy for CNA with an eye to growing the brand in terms of audience reach, traffic and sophistication of product. Alongside the Visuals team, it looks at different storytelling formats such as interactives and special projects. Together, they work to ensure that CNA is at the top of its game on YouTube, TikTok, Facebook and Instagram. Lyn-Yi is also heavily involved in the newsroom’s exploration of various AI tools. Prior to her stint in CNA Digital, she was the lead editor for various prime-time news bulletins on CNA.
