Ts. Finlayson Anak Ludan, an experienced Information Technology Officer since 2003, has served in various capacities across five Ministries, mastering Information Management, ICT Planning and Strategy, Network and Communication, and ICT Security. Currently, he is the Deputy Director of ICT at the Malaysian Broadcasting Department (RTM) and the director of its Interactive Digital Media Division. A pioneer in cloud computing services, Finlayson leads the Cloud15 program as the Head of 15 Scheme F officers and holds three Google Certified Professional accreditations. Recognized as a Technologist by MBOT in 2021, he has received the Excellent Service Award three times during his illustrious 20-year service.
