Derek Tan is the co-founder and chief commercial officer of Viddsee, a storyteller platform for short premium content powered by AI for audiences, storytellers and brands and aims to build the next generation of successful creative businesses.
Derek is an engineer with a filmmaking background, bringing to Viddsee his experience as a product lead for Internet TV at local telco StarHub, and partnership head for Silicon Valley-based mobile start-up Cooliris (acquired by Yahoo) in charting the commercial plans of Viddsee as it builds towards a sustainable ecosystem for storytellers in the region.
